go to www.ftaview.com (if new bin's come they will be posted at their website.. you can download the bin and loader and then you can load in to ur reciever).. for now no new bins for cs 4000 pro.. wait few days (2-3) before new bin will be out.. |

replace your unit. Csat has essentially abandoned all there older units. this is just bad business in my mind. i know as if they care about the little guy. but what they fail to realize the little guy matters more than ever in these trying times. I just got back from programming three buddies old psat2700 ( crap IMO ) but my two csat5000's arent running so whos to say. captive works rocks right now, just bought one for the rec room. sure miss TV in the shop and bedroom tho. I no I'll proly get the subscribe response's. Mypoint is that Csat's approch to all this has really left their customers out to dry. ( if you dont buy our latest models.... F U is the message their sending I will buy something that supports thier older models and seems to care about loyalty. The Csat 5000 is a superior machine to the psat27000 but when they dont come through it hard to stay loyal. Csat will be a thing of the past very soon I would predict. |

Cosat has let us down with 4000 and 5000. They were good boxes. My 5000 has been down for a week.
Sonic View and Captive Works are good choices with good support.
Nfusion is a good choice I just got one.
I agree with Sada, the few channels on colsat older models are the ones no body cares.
Sorry Alex, your 4000 will give you a lot of headaches.
