While we have short bin break I have problem with my 2700A on listening to the tunes with any bins of the past or present, any of the channels I listen to has a small hickup and stops playing for just a second at random times, is there something I can do to stop the hickup of the tunes?

Try putting the receiver on epg and leave it there. I know this works for 3500.
