Hi! I have a JVC HD-61FH96 that I have had for a year or so. It has been hooked up by component cables thru a HD Dish DVR box. I decided to hook it up by HDMI to HDMI cables. When I did this I could not get it to work. I plugged one end into dish and the other into Digital-In 1 on back of TV. I selected the input Digital-In on the TV with no pic. I checked everything and could not get it to work. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I think your TV is a 1080p
TV Menu make sure yo select HDMI as a video input
Also in many cases Satellite boxes and TV can be on 1080i with 1080p

I would make sure I buy an HDMI cable marked 1080p usually about $30
a $5 HDMI won't do
Just be sure it says 1080p
Good luck
