I have a 3yr old WS-55613 and my screen has gotten really dark with a green tint. So dark that the picture is only visible if I set the brightness all the way up. I have tried all the fixes in the user's manual and the customer service rep told me to call a service tech to come look at it. Since that won't happen anytime during this holiday week....Any suggestions?
