If you know the Data that the dish gets from the satellite, and you know the data the tuner in the receiver gets after it has been decoded, isn't there an equation that you can use to find the missing variable which is the card? Data from satellite + interaction of receiver + interaction of card = decoded stream. I do understand how hughly complex each of the variables are but it seems to me that if you know what goes in the box and you know what comes out of the box and you know most of what is being done in the box finding the final pieces is only a matter of time. Is that way off?
