I am wondering if anyone has a suggestion for this problem. We just purchased a 65" Mitsubishi television from Costco and it got broken by our mistake at home a day later. I don't think Costco would take it back with it being our fault. The TV was accidentally tipped over onto the face and the glass behind the screen shattered. Is it worth trying to find a repair, is it even repairable, or do we just have to purchase a new one?? Help!

You would be surprised what Costco will take back. I would take it to them and and let them know that it broke...you don't have to go into details...and that you just want to exchange for another.

That way they are not out anything, and the manufacturer will take it back from them...everyone wins!
