Hi there, all...I have a 5 year old Philco 19PS45S321, which has worked flawlessly 'till now. When I turned it on, nice picture---no sound! I proceeded to go through the onscreen menu, and noticed that the stereo option is no longer on the menu, and still no sound. I also tried the headphones, and nothing there either. I'm wondering if someone could advise me as to whether this is likely to be an expensive repair? Maybe it would be better to junk it and buy a new TV?

Many thanks,
Craig

Has the "stereo option" been replaced by "SAP"? If so, change it back.

As a last resort, try unplugging for 20 min. and re-try after plugging in.

If no luck, start shopping.

John, I don't see an SAP option anywhere...I'll try the 20 min unplugging.
Thanks,
Craig
