my FP5210 W103 turned off the other week on its own. Now when I press the power button I hear two clicks/clunks.

I am assuming the issue lies with in the power supply board. I do have the schematics but not sure what to test and how to test. I tested the only fuse I saw with an ohm meter. But I think it maybe one or several of the large caps on the PS board, and I've read it better to just replace them because testing them may not be accurate. Any Suggestions??
