Just received a JVC 37" LCD TV model # LT-37X776 as a gift. Hooked it up and sound is great, but picture is very dark, can only see shadows. Seems like someone forgot to hook up backlight. Spoke to JVC and they were really no help, they said that warranty has expired on it. If anyone has any suggestions as to this, please let me know. Thanks
