I'm buying my first TV in 10 years (for football mostly) and I'm not very electronics-wise. Someone please fill me in on the basics. ;) I have room for a 50", plasma or LCD??? What are the basic questions to ask? What kind of accessories are required? What about mounting? I have a built in wall cabinet. Are there dealers who specifically can or can't be trusted??? Keep it simple for me! THANKS! |

Thanks a million. That was exactly what I needed. I had to read it a few times, but I knew what i wanted so I sorted it out eventually. i bought a 50" plasma and surround sound system from Circuit City yesterday. They were also helpful but I would not have been prepared without your article.
