My Sony KDL52XBR4 had 3 oval mura spots along the top. The spots could only really be seen when the tv was off. Now in the area of one of the mura spots a rainbow effect showed up and a tech friend said that the lcd panel has cracked. What the heck caused the crack? Did the mura weaken the panel and allow the crack to form?
