Region Free DVD from www.M-99.com

1. power on.
2. open tray.
3. setup.
4. press right 3 times.
5. press up once.
6. enter 49540 on numbers.
7. region menu appears.
8. press down button until "0" appears.

Now, you might have to try it once or twice before you get anything - has just worked for me on the 3rd attempt.......

1. Press Setup on the remote control.
2. Press Stop on the front panel of the player.
3. Press Previous on the front panel of the player.
4. Press Next on the front panel of the player.
5. You should now be in a secret menu where you can change the Region from 1 to 6, or Bypass for Region free.
6. You can also disable Macrovision from this menu (not for 952).

Try pressing FWD after step 2 and it may work....

Firstly you must visit http://homepage.ntlworld.com/camol121/1010upgrade.zip to get the 1010 upgrade download on to a disk. Using Nero follow this.

Start Nero.Use the wizard to make Data CD.When the browser loads, find your
2 downloaded files 1010 bin &1010 cue.Drag and drop 1010 bin to the ISO 1
new column.The bin file is the only file you need. Click on file, from the
dropdown menu click burn image, change the default nero img file to (all
files) you should now be showing 2 files 1010 bin & 1010. Highlight the 1010
bin file & open. A new window opens saying foreign image settings Data mode
1, (make sure RAW DATA is ticked its important) and block size 2352 is
displayed .

Click ok, another new window, click BURN, When its burnt turn off Nero. Put
the disk in your ROM drive & open, you should see 2 files 1 img file (bank
30) & 1 read me, open and print instructions from the read me.

Macrovision can also be switched off when you put the 1010 hack in.

The follow this method:

1. Press Setup on the remote control.
2. Press Stop on the front panel of the player-if the method doesn't work, then omit this step.
3. On the front of the player, press the Forward button, then the Previous button, then the Next button.
4. You should now be in a hidden menu, where you can change the region or use Bypass for region free.
