1. Put the disc in the player.
2. Wait for "wrong region" sign.
3. Press "Title" on the remote control.Method 2:
Push the following buttons on the remote control:
SETUP
STOP
TRACK BACK |<<
TRACK FORWARD >>|
Once this is done, a new menu will appear. Click on the option that says
"Region ID". Just select "bypass" for region free (or you can select regions
1 thru 8 also, if you'd like). After that, just push "Power" and your player
will now be region free!
PS - this hack was tested on Citizen JDVD3818A but it should work for
JDVD3818 too. Basically, it's the same player as the Electrohome EH-8181 and
it's the same hack, too! |
