MODEL(S) : METHOD : CONFIRMED?
HDVR 1190 1. Put the HDVR 1190 on.
2. Press "Setup" on the RemoteControl.
3. Go to "Setting". Then type follow buttons: "2"-"6"-"0"-"2" and STOP then ENTER.
4. Go again to "Setting": You can see two new entries: Version and Region.
5. Go to region and enter "0" for Codefree.

502 1. To get into the secret menu: Switch the player on without a disc, use the remote control and press:

3. Stop
4. Previous track
5. Next track

Now you're in the secret menu. All you have to do is put the region in bypass-mode.
