I have a Wharfdale DVD recorder model DVDR24HD160F with 2 scart sockets

I have a Pace Virgin Media set top box with 2 scart sockets

And I have an hitachi 28 inch TV with 2 scart sockets.

I do not have a main TV aerial as just use the set cable top box to watch tv. How do I set it up so that I can record on the virgin media?
