For some strange reason, with the change done today by DN, some channels take the keys on the 01 box and other channels take the keys on the 00 box. DN is changing the second digits in both of the key lines.
To fix it:
Turn autorolls off
Enter current keys in both 00 and 01 lines
0: 5F 9C C4 5B FB 7F 53 45 AF 5C CA AE 22 2C 81 09 New Active
01: 9B 9A DE F1 A3 98 28 FD 06 1D F3 4C 5D 06 DA F4
Check 9C and 9A on each line.
That fixed for me
I have a cool*sat with current keys entered and everyting is opened |

I did this:
1, Turned all autoroll options off.
2. On line 00 I had 5F DF C4 5B... etc. I changed DF for 9C
5F 9C C4 5B FB 7F 53 45 AF 5C CA AE 22 2C 81 09
On line 01 I had : 98 FC 0D 27 EF etc....
I change FC for BF and it reads like this:

I have this keys and all channels are opened, including ESPN, HB0, CNN, Univision.
For the first time in many months, both key lines, 00 and 01 most be modified, not as before where only one line was active:
00: 5F 9C C4 5B FB 7F 53 45 AF 5C CA AE 22 2C 81 09
01: 98 BF 0D 27 EF D7 F9 FE 30 D2 80 3A 11 8D AF 9F
Be sure that the second digits are correct on both lines |

Just be sure to update on both lines when keys are updated.
And keep looking for new bin fixes, they should start to appear in three days at the most. |

I used the above mentioned code for my Pansat 2700E. The same code is all over the net.It worked for about one minute and then died.
Maybe we'll see a new code tomorrow. |

Make sure your autoroll is off and then enter the keys manually again if your autorol is ON it is not gonna work and keep doing what it is right now so turn the autoroll option off first and then enter the keys again save and exit |

i've tried the above set of keys on my ARIZA700 but nothing seems to be working. i still get black screen + error msg displayed on it: "bad/scrambled channel"
i've taken utmost care to input both set of keys 00 / 01 and my autoroll is off as well.
should i try new bin 298 or wait for a new fix ??

The DN ECM has changed only slightly in concept..
If you have new BIN since yesterday install it and it will correct the problem
If you do not have a new BIN, let the new keys roll in under the old BIN
and then turn autoroll off and change the second number of Key 00 and 2nd number of Key 01.
You can either use new key posted and do a manual change.
Or if you know hex arithmetic, do a XOR o\with 43 of the 2nd numbers as stated
Or use the table below on the second numbers.
Basically, the attention of the ECM has shifted from the first number in each key to the second number of each key
1st Digit ……… 2nd Digit --------- 1st Digit ……… 2nd Digit
0 = 4 .………… 0 = 3 ---------------- 8 = C ………. 8 = B
1 = 5 .………… 1 = 2 ---------------- 9 = D ………. 9 = A
2 = 6 .………… 2 = 1 ---------------- A= E ………. A = 9
3 = 7 .………… 3 = 0 ---------------- B = F ………. B = 8
4 = 0 .………… 4 = 7 ---------------- C = 8 ………. C = F

ALL the new DN autoroll fixes are released and posted at all the sites... ...no need to manually input keys unless u own a dinosaur receiver like a pansat 2500 or its clones..and if U do, then its time u upgrade...or should have learned how to shut off autoroll and input keys a VERY LONG time ago!....U will NOT see any Autoroll fixes for Panast 2500 or its clones ever again! |

You will notice that it works on C00LSAT too.
He saw 2nd number on Key 00 as FC.
F is the first digit and that according to my table changes to B
C is the second digit and that according to my table changes to F
Key changes are occurring frequently, and if you either use XOR with 43. or use the table. You will not have to try and get into the internet or into a site to get the new keys ---- till such time as you get a new BIN. |

I've got the viewsat extreme and I uploaded the fixes last week. Everything was great until 10 minutes ago. What is the next move??? Change keys? Or are you saying that the fix should take care of it and I shouldn't have to.
Any advice would help please.

I responded too quickly. The Table you gave make
good sense. Alternatively, XOR'ing 43 with the 2nd byte of both keys, is simple enough too.

its free to get keymaster. If u have the internet, and I know u all do... download it. Then u can get the keys in seconds after they change. And without asking anyone over and over for them. Simple. At some point we need to do things for ourselves. |

To Manually enter SonicView Keys
Menu > Entertainment Tab > Enter 7890 and "Code" will appear > Choose Nagravision for CAs and then choose Dish or Bev on the line under CAS
*Notice the two sections for Dish, being 0001 and 0101 - 0101 is the one you want to edit
-The bottom 4 lines for Dish are the ones you want to edit.
*Notice the two sections for Bev, being 0801 and 0901 - 0901 is the one you want to edit for Bev..
1) Press MENU
2) Go to ENTERTAINMENT category and press 7890
3) A CODE option will appear, press OK
4) Press the down arrow and make sure the category is on DISH <01>
5) Highlight line number "20" then press the right arrow and start entering the first 8 numbers of the active key
6) Highlight line number "21" then press the right arrow and start entering the second 8 numbers of the active key
7) Press EXIT - Click "OK" on "YES" to save the changes
8) Go into SYSTEM SETTINGS - USER OPTIONS and turn Autoroll to "OFF"
9) EXIT out of everything and wait 30 seconds, your tv should be back on.
Note: Row 10,11 are for Key 00 and 20 and 21 are for key 01
new sonicview 4000 AUTOROLL bin is at www.totalfta.com ....setit and forget it....no need to manually enter the keys... |

I had converted my FLU to a Pansat 2700 a couple weeks ago, however now I am not getting any channels as it says Scrambled or Bad Channel. When I manually enter the new keys nothing happens and it continues to say Scrambled or Bad Channel. What can I do for this? Is there a new bin out, if so which one is it and where can i find it? |

Code:
1. Either Enter 8282 on your remote, or you can ht the “Mute” button on your
remote and then hit the “Exit” button.
2. Then Making sure that you have the very top box says 1 Nagravision for Dish
Net, or 2 Nagravision for OFF LIMITS.
3. To enter your keys, you can use the numbers on the number pad, and the info
button to change letters. Hit the Info button until you get the letter you want, then
hit the Right Arrow to change slots.
4. Or, you can hit the OK button and a new menu will pop up. Just use your arrows
to select the numbers and letters you want and hit the OK button after each one.
(Hit the exit button one time to get out of the little pop up screen.)
5. Now scroll down to the data in line 10. Enter the first half of KEY 86 (or Key 00)
in this line.
6. The go to line 11 and enter the second half of Key 86 (or Key 00) in this line.
7. Then go to line 20 and enter the first half of Key 96 (or Key 01) in this line.
8. Next go to line 21 and enter the second half of Key 96 (or Key 01) in this line.
9. Now hit the Exit button.
10. When the next screen pops up asking if you want to save changes, Use your
arrows and select “Yes” and hit the “OK” button.
11. Now, change your channel, and watch TV. |
