Do DTV 3LNB dishes work with FTA receivers?
I have a viewsat ultra and was attempting to connect to a DTV AU9 Dish with 3 LNBs, but did not receive a signal. The receiver does work but I was considering getting a Dish with multi LNB's. If it does not are there any recommendation?

yes U can get 1 DN and 1 Bev sat on FTA, with that phase 3 DTV dish...and u will no longer get DTV....do a search here of phase3 ...

Much simpler just to buy a Dish Pro 500 TWIN LNB dish for $69...

- Yo need to set LNB to universal
- If you point middle LNB to 101 (you'll get 91 and 110)
- If yo point to 110 (you'll only get 119)
- Yo'll never get 110/119 with these LNBs (either or)

- The reason is Middle LNB has an internal block to most higher transponders) It will allow yo to get 3 or 4 transponders with very limited channels on middle LNB
