In Nov 2005 I purchased a Sony Bravia KDL-V32XBR1 LCD TV. About a month ago I began noticing a 3 inch band that is about an inch from the top of the screen that goes out of sync with the rest of the picture. It's approximately where the WEGA Info Banner is located, which I have turned off. The picture in the band sort of freezes for a second and then catches up, and happens repeatedly. It happens on all video inputs. My warranty is expired, of course, and I would like to know if this can be fixed. Anyone seen this and can tell me what it is and/or how to fix it?
