Hi My daughter has a durabrand dvd/vcr combi and last night it was working fine but today I cant open the dvd tray or get the video out everytime you press a button on the machine or remote it says 'safe' the # on the box which i still have and seem to have misplaced the instructions (typical of me ) says DBDVC01 if that helps not sure if this is the model or not. My daughter is only 3 so i am hoping she has not put some sort of code into it with the remote or we will never get it sorted lol
