Rahmeen: In Nagravision 2, where you see provider ID 0101, it is for DN. You can right arrow to ID of 0901 for BEV and then enter the BEV keys |

The 205 BIN is NOT for clones. You may find a Tivo BIN by Don at DSSRookie site which will be clearly marked clone safe.
You have experience enough to go to the sites that have been suggested to you in the past and get the information properly. |

Barbara : BIN files are different for different receivers. You also need different loaders and often different cables for Pansat 2500 and Viewsat.
There are new files out for Viewsat to fix autoroll problems. There si no new file out for Pandsat 2500A. The latest is 293, but I recommend the 293T.

i have a pansat 2500a and after i put the nagravision2 keys in my pansat automatically changes the first letter of the set of keys, when i re-enter the keys it last like 2 or 3 mins then it changes the first letter of the keys again...Can anyone help me

Jonathan, you need to shut of your autoroll in order for the keys to stay. Go to
Menu
Parental Control
Second Pin 0000
Autoroll Option, and shut off everything but Key Code. Then enter in the new keys. SHould be working after that. |

Whether you autoroll is off or on, the new keys are rolling in. However, with the older BINs the first number is altered. If you know hex, you will understand that the top bit of first nibble is inverted, in key 00 and key 01. If you don't understand hex just know that after the keys have rolled in you can subtract or add 8 from the first number of key 00 and key 01. Otherwise look at the posts here.
After you have inserted the correct key, turn autoroll off. |

Nalin... In the simple sense, you add or subtract 8 from the first number.
What happens when the new keys start with letters?

Jon, Dish Network is aiming to stop unofficial users from getting its signal. They have whats called Electronic Counter Measures, or ECM. These are electronic signals that alter software or cancell illegal cards. The other thing they do is change keys. They are changing keys more often aiming to make unofficial users buy a subscription.
There are software programs called autorolls, that fix this problem by generating the keys automatically in your receiver.
Depending on the model and make of your satellite receiver, you might find the correct autoroll in this posts. |

I don't know why you guys don't just download a key finder like KeyResolver v0.1 or other , it is free and will give you the most current DN keys instantly. just google it and download it. no more crying about keys! |

OK, I've been reading other posts about new people on here, and them not sure what to do about downloads, or how to get the new keys, veteran members being frustrated with the same questions being asked over and over, i understand. I'm kinda new here with posting but not new with the FTA world. I don't mind helping new people at all, when I can.
If you guys that are new to this want to be able to get keys without going on here every other day, sift through the old keys, blah blah, I'll help if you want it. just ask.
There is software that is easily downloadable online, that will give you the most curent keys, and it's free, and simple to use.
I don't know if you guys are just too lazy to read this or what? If you are really not sure how to do it then say so, I have no problem helping. It's easier than you think!

Hi Guys
this is my first post but not the first visit. I found this forum really useful and it actually helped me a lot. Thanks a lot to all the participants who help people like me and make this forum the best
I have this peculiar problem - not sure why?? - i have a fortec ultra receiver with 2 dishes installed. I am able to get teh indian channels using the keys listed above but cannot state teh same for the other channels (beamed on Echostar 8.10). I am running 292a bin. this problem has been occuring for the past month now - almost every weekend it disappears and again on a weekday it comes back on its own wihtout me doing anything. This weekend too, that part of the channels are not working...
does anybody have similar problems - can someone help me with this? |
