I have a pansat 2500 and i took it to a friends house to let him use it but i can't get a sig. i am in buffalo area it says 231 deg by 26 deg but we can't get anything level is good . Any ideas Thanks Ps I did a factory reset on it

Your dish isn't aimed correctly. Having a high level does not mean that the dish is aimed at the satellite; you must also have high quality.
