I have a sony 32" plasma TV KE-32TS2U it's 4 years old. The TV was on amd made a loud pop and then no display. I took the Tv to the repair shop and they told me it's the power supply and it's going to be around $500 to fix. I am unsure of what to do. Should i fix it or buy new. |

I haven't actually dealt with this person yet but he claims to be able to repair most of your tv's boards for around $100.00. You must have some type of electronic knowledge though because you will have to remove the bad board and ship it to him. His e-mail is partsman07@gmail.com |

No one can tell you what to do. Pepsi or Coke? If I were going to spend $500 on repair of that model, I would strongly consider replacement. |

If you want to look into just replacing the power supply board, http://www.Discount-Merchant.com usually carries those parts for much cheaper than most places I've seen. But then again, maybe it is time for a new tv? |
