I have a question, this is probably illegal but I’m curious to see if this will work…
I have basic digital cable through Time Warner. A friend of mine also has Time Warner, but he has the extreme package with all the premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc). If he orders another cable box for $8.95 a month and I hook it up at my house, will it work? I know they activate the premium channels through the cable box, and not the cable itself.
