I received an older GE model Television without a remote. I can get my VHS to play fine, but when I try and get the DVD player working I get no picture and no sound. If I run the DVD player through the VCR it will play, but obviously will not be watchable due to the built in protections. My question, does anyone know what settings I would need on my GE TV in order to get the DVD player to work through the monitor? Is there something I am missing on the Set up screen on the monitor's menu? Help! Thanks

Try channel 92-101. Rca TVs have the line input somewhere in there. RCA/GE same thing.
