my laptop has been stolen,is there any way that would set my AUTOROL OFF or fix my problem of loosing my picture?
I have tried to turn the switch on back OFF but did not help.

Hi, please help. I have DN. When I do Menu-Parental Control, it does not give my the Second Pin option. It's vanished. Hence I can't enter the new keys for Key0 and Key1 in nagravision 2. How do I get to see and choose the second pin option. Please help. |

I downloaded the BIN file and opened the loader. Once I enter the bin in the loader and turn on my receiver (after pressing pc-stb) it won't load the bin to the receiver. The file keeps resending....any suggestions? Thanks in advance
I also tried to enter the keys in manually...but I just want to clarify....do I turn autoroll off first? and I also noticed that there are numbers (96 & 99) in front of the spot that I entered the new keys...do I need to change them to something? Sorry guys, as you can see I'm new at this.
I would appreciate any help I can get.

Zamud Haman..OK..your autoroll is off and keys are correct still no picture...now turn it off from the back of your receiver than turn it back on see if it work...
Or you can load back to this bin Pansat-C 2700 288v1 Tivo it working great...

after you load the 288 bin...enter keys and watch TV...no need to turn off auto on this bin...i have been using this bin 4 a long time now still working like a charm..lol |

Weird....i had a "waiting for picture" message when i opened my TV...went straight to get keys from this site and to Parental Control....then confirmed i had correct keys...when Thunder said that the keys had not changed, i double checked keys...all were good. So i exited from Parental Control...and there is my channels again! |

Help - In Nagra2 settings the first is 0101 for Dish and will change using the right and left arrows, however the second is KEY, it used to changed from 00 to 01 and back using the R/L arrows keys but no longer. I can enter 00 and 01 but the keys themselves dont change accordingly. I try to enter the keys manually but they never stay. All Autorolls are set to OFF. |

people, make sure your autoroll is off if you are using an older bin file. Keep key code ON, turn the rest OFF.
And if you are sick of entering keys manually i ssuggest that you download the new autoroll bin onto your receiver most of the receivers have their fix, and clone safe files will be out soon |

Bin is a Bios flash file that has to be loaded onto the receiver, combination of bin and the keys required in order for a receiver to work properly. |

don't worry the bin still in your box when u do a factory setting...now go back and reconfigure your SAT and Diseqc...and rescan it again...turn autoroll off..enter new keys... |

despi..U need to go read for about 20-40 hours..since U have a viewsat, go to www.totalfta.com (VS home site)
BTW...U MUST unzip (extract/open) the .zip file..there could be 10 files inside that .zip file...U need the bin or pgm file inside.. |

Hi,
need help for lifetime ultra reciver. I hve loaded latest keys even though getting scrambled channel message and not able to view any channel. I have 290T file on my receiver right now so do u think that i need 293T file to be loaded on my reveiver then manually enter latest key will solve my problem? Under Parental Control and Nagravision 2 the Left & Right (L&R) arrows won't change the Key from 00 to 01 allowing the keys to be entered. The arrows work in the 0101 provider box but not in the Key box. I can enter the codes but they don't hold. I've check other choices like Nagravision 1 and the arrows keys work. What is keeping them from working in Nagravision 2???? |

Jtaging a receiver is not so easy, You have to read alot first and have to be experienced with the FTA. Go to the following sites and read first and if you are not experienced with FTA i suggest you get some professional help.

I did what you said. Now, I am getting a different message, it says "Error writing trap handler routine" and when I hit "ok" I get this second message "could not initiate DCU trap handler access" ..... does it seem familiar to you??? |

KmW : If the BIN is uploaded properly, you should, under Nagravision 2, get Provider ID 0101 for DN and Provider ID 0901 for BEV.
Keys are entered under this provider ID and you should be able to scroll right left between Key 00 and 01 |

need some please have a pansat 2700e try to enter second pin 0000 but will no acceptsome time ago a friend gave me a 4 digit number he said it would open any pansat anybody can help |

yes I have confirmed the keys from various sites (including http://www.tvkeyz.com)... but still have the blank screen... with full signal strength. I had updated the keys 2 days ago when they were changed... but getting incorrect hash message again today |

I have a Ariza dish receiver 700. I cannot go beyond the Parental Control to change keys since there is no second pin option there. Instead of second pin option there is a menu lock off/on option. Could somebody help me? |

hi guys
my satellite was working perfect in vancouver canada, then i moved to new mexico , now i only have couple of ppv , no vod, no sports, few regular cable channels.
i used to have 110 and 119 dish now 0nly few 119.
my box is pantec.
any ideas ? how to fix problem ? |

sorry or if anyone has any other ideas i just moved and hooked up to existing dish with my reciever and it seemed to work maybe i am not aligned to right satelite or just not strong enough any help or ideas appreciated |

NO!!!...fortecs and pansat 2500 clones use the same bin files is NOT true statemnet...ONLY the Fortec Lifetime Ultra (FLU) and Pansat 2500 clones use the same bin, but Fortec makes (old Lifetimes, Mercury , Classic NA, etc) many other receivers which do NOT use Pansat 2500 clone buins.. |
