I just got this Magnavox model # 42mf7010/17 tv as a gift. When I turned it on, all seemed fine but when i plugged in the cable nothing showed up. Also when i plugged in the vcr/dvd player i got no signal. I changed through the inputs for the vcr and dvd player but it just stayed on the blue screen. On all inputs it just stays on the blue screen and doesnt pick up anything that i connect to the tv. The model # for this 42mf7010/17. Please help me fix this problem.

did you change the cables
