Hi. I recently got a digital cable box that comes with a much better guide than the Guide Plus Gold I got with my RCA tv. But now I want to get rid of the Guide Plus and can't figure out how. It's really a nuisance because the stupid Guide plus always shows up on the tv when I turn it on and the universal remote I now want to use won't get rid of it, so I have to use my old remote. I haven't really ever used the Guide Plus that much, so a few years ago, I disconnected that G-link cable and everything, but the stupid thing still shows up even though there's no information in the guide. I just want to get rid of the thing...
