I have a 61" NEC plasma which was given to me as unfixable. A couple of big FETs in the PSU + a few small components and it works just fine except for one small thing - there is a fine layer of black soot throughout the machine, some of which is behind the front glass. Is it possible to separate the front glass without destroying the integrity of the plasma tube ?
