Hi! I have a TV/DVD/VCR combo and I was wondering how I can record from a DVD to a VHS with the combo. (I know how to record using a separate DVD player and separate VCR, but if it is all in one combo, how do I do it)? Thanks!

I HAVE A SANYO DVD VCR COMBO AND I CAN NOT GET IT TO RECORD. I DO NOT HAVE A MANNUAL. I SET THE TIMER . I SET IT TO RECORD AND IT WILL NOT RECORD. EVERY VCR I HAVE HAD BEFORE HAS WORK AND IT WAS AS SIMPLE AS SETTING IT TO RECORD THEN TURNING OFF THE VCR. BUT I HAVE TRIED TURNING IT OFF AND LEAVING IT ON IT STILL WILL NOT RECORD. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS I NEED TO DO TO GET IT TO RECORD?

Can't you just hook up the DVD output to the VCR input? You might have trouble with the copyright management system. Also, why?
