hi guys,please i need help
the keys for bev on post are 16 numbers but on
(nagra 0901) there is the space juste for 8 numbers,
what to do in this time? which kees i have to enter?...all the 16 numbers of key00? all the 16 numbers of key01? or 8 numbers of key00 and 8 numbers of key01?

Yep you put them in the wrong spot. They should be put in like this:
Key0: 85942BB769B189246F31E10C8D8391B7
Key1: CA03BB928360340CC5CBEF783ADCBFAD (Active)
Key one starts in the 3rd line. Hope that helps! |

289T, 290T and 292T compared.
All of these BINs work with Pansat 2500 and clones and with Fortec Ultra.
289T and 292T work with BEV and DN satellites. The 290T comes in two versions - DN_290T and BEV 290T.
289T does NOT autoroll. 290T and 292T autoroll most of the time. Autoroll function is better on DN. The 292T will autoroll even if the autoroll is off.
All three give some glitches, such as auto reboot and “scramble channel†message. These problems are much less if you keep auto update and autoroll off.
If you have the genuine Pansat you are likely to have more problems. You may attempt to solve it with the T version but I am unable to say whether it will reduce glitches.
The big difference between 290T and 292T is that the International channels on 61.5W come in nicely with 292T. They were a big problem with the 290T. They are OK with 289T, but you have to do manual key entry.
Of the three, the channel changing is slowest with 292T. If you change channels using the small screen with EPG display it will work better.
I think you will see an improvement if you change from 289T or 290T to 292T. Keep the autoroll and auto TP off. |

WHat did you delete? Did you delete the Satellite itself or the channels. If it is only the channels, then do a blind scan. You will get all the channels |

Raghu Raghav : C00LSAT 8000 seems to be the only one available in HD group. There is a spate of others expected in the next couple of months.
http://www.dssrookie.com has a good section of files and forum.
I am waiting for a HD from Viewsat/Sonicview stable simply because of its pedigree. I would think that HD from Pansat might also be a good one. |

I have Pansat 2700 original with 295 bin. It was working perfect few days ago but now when I turn the power off using the remote and try to turn it on after few hours, it won't work untill I reset it from it's back switch. I heard there is new bin 297 is out but it seems that it doesn't work well. Please advise. |

Hi all,
I am facing new problem now with my Pansat 2700. As I said earlier, I tried to load new boot file using new loader but nothing worked. Finally I loaded boot file 2700A_050217_100_api(N)_1 and 297 bin. I had to scan from the beginning and when I reset the receiver (using the switch from the back) everything wipped out and came back to the menu with language and english. I tried this few times but when I reset the receiver, it goes back to factory set up without any warning. Kindly advise. Many thanks in advance. |

Most of my Satellite Setting are pointing to UNKNOWN NETWORK.
I tried to change the LNB Freq. but still UNKNOWN NETWORK.. Long time ago it was pointing to Echostar 121 WEST}
Since 2 weeks I lost Zee TV , Zee Cine and B4U
TODAY I have lost all my East Indian channels.
.. Its all because of the Unknown network.. and its not giving good level & quality.. its below 62%}.
PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE.

u will see the Bin in the forum... here I am not able to paste n copy.. dont know why.. but if you go and register there.. you will be able to save it on your PC and then load on your receiver...

Hi Guys.Is it possible to connect 2 digital receivers using the 2 separate exits of the LNBs with 2 separate Switchs? The reason I ask is because I'm trying to do that but the signals on the receivers are interfering with each other.Could that be from default LNB or that's the wrong thing to do? |

Alexandra Lobo: It is possible, but post full information on dish type, LNB types, etc.
As an experinment, connect one output only and see what you are getting, then the other output only and see what you get. Some LNBs have the same output for two receivers and others have two different outputs. |

Nalin Nyda, I have one dish pointed at 110 ,one pointed at 61.5 and third for BEV. All have standard LNBs. What I did was, I connected one of each to the first swicth and to the first receiver and works fine, but when I did the same to connect the second this happen: If I was watching a channel on the 61.5 on one receiver and a channel of the 110 on the other, I would lose the signal of the 110 ,meanning that they ad to be both on the same satelite signal.What am I doing wrong? |

Alexandra - Each output on your LNB's operate on different voltages. The left side is 18v and the right side 13v. You need to make sure you connect one receiver to all 18v outputs and the other on the 13v outputs to avoid that problem. |

MKM: Sometimes those channels are not coming on 121. Try scanning the same in Sat 119, TP 12636
WE can see desi channels in all three satellites. |

Regarding Pansat 2700A, I downloaded new boot file(B75) and api file dated March 11. Quality and signal are excellent but when I try to scan to get the channels it just won't move over 0%. I have 61.5, 110 & 119. Please advise. Thanks in advance. |

Raghu Raghav: If you are getting a lot of Indian channels on Echo 7 (119W), you are probably getting them from AMC 16 (118.8W). This is a new Bird since about May, 2006 and carries many of the channels that were available from Intelsat 5. They include Doordarshan, NDTV, Bengali, Marathi, etc. These are the true free channels in India and there are similar ones from other Middle East and Eastern countries. The ones that come on Echo 9 (121 W) or Echo 3 (61.5) are what in India would be called paid viewing - the big ones being the Zee and Sony networks.
The signal from 118.8W as obtained on a Linear LNB is weak, and the signal is much better with a circular LNB. Some of the latest DN dishes might be equipped with a LNB capable of both these satellites (plus the Echo 8.1 at 110W). I and many others in this forum would be very interested in finding out the LNB you have and confirmation or otherwise of my statement regarding AMC 16. You can look at the listings at

Nalin, how can i check whether i am connected to 118.8 I am not getting much info from lyngsat. Or is there a way to manually add and blind scan the same. |
