Hi, I'm new here and need a lot of help. I'm technology challenged.

Basically I have my mind set on Plasma - 42 inches.

Narrowed it down to:

Pioneer PDP-4271HD

Hitachi 42HDS69

Panasonic TH-42PX60U

Any much better or worse than the others? Any in that same $1,400 - $2,000 (the Pioneer is normally more but is on sale) price range that are better than these? I looked at all 3 at a couple different stores and the Pioneer always looked best. I've read lots of good online about the Hitachi but in both stores it looked like crap.
