I have never gotten any emails from livefta they have this feature of sucribing to a thread just turn that option off and voila no emails.

I loaded 290 T but ZEE etc didnt work.
I see 290 only for DN.
Is it safe for clone?

derry m, for your pansat 2500 clone receiver you will need obviously a file designed for clones. In this case, 290T is sufficient. But you don't want to use 290T because it doesn't give you ZeeTV, SetMax and all the other indian channels. You have to load 289T. That will give you back all your indian channels.
You will find it on dsscommunity.c*m or dssevolution.c*om. The bin files are there somewhere for download.
Also, on those same websites you will find 'How-to' guides and basic manuals on the Pansat receiver which you will find interesting to read. It will teach you the basics about Pansat, connecting, dish alignment, inserting codes, inserting bin files, etc.

derry m : You loaded the correct Pansat 2500 clone file 290T. Unfortunately just those important Indain channels do not come through nicely with this autoroll BIN. Missing would be
ZEETV, ZCINE, SET, SETMX, B4U, SPORTS
I had to change back to 289T. It does NOT have autoroll, so when the keys change you will have to manually update. There were a lot of freezes and system resets before, but by keeping the autoroll and auto update off, I have had very few glitches, except for having to manually enter keys.
When you try to upload 289T, you might have difficulties. I got round it by first uploading 280T and then 289T. |

I got 2500 clone and running with 289T bin. I don't see any adult channel. I rescanned satelite. Any suggestion? Dishes pointed to 61.5 and 119 |

Lucia Stan: If you have 5 rows, the first row is for the old Nagra 1 - eight 2 digit hex numbers. They do not matter.
The next four lines are the real Nagra 2 lines.
Key 00 goes into 2nd and 3rd lines (half/half)
and Key 01 goes into 4th and 5th lines.
If you have only four lines then your receiver has discarded the old Nagra 1 line and given you four lines for Nagra 2. |

Chinny: Different receivers use different cables - eithe RS232 straight or Null modem cable. do you have the correct cable fo ryour receiver? Are you using a compatible loader for the receiver you have? |

TEKNOFREAK : I have posted before that although 290T is the latest BIN and has good autoroll, some Indian channels are missing. So your experience comfirms what many have found. I have reverted to 289T BIN and am doing manual key entry, but have 100% of Internationals. |

USA Network is an american station. You don't get that station in Canada on Bell. It's only available on Dish and it's channel 105 I believe. |

try turning it off in the rear of the pansat.. and then back on.. that's what I did recently when i had trouble.. worked fine afterwards. |

There is an autoroll feature in the bin files which U upload into your receiver, which appears on your screen menu that U cam turn on or off....U can use it, but sometimes Dishnet and Bev TV will send signals which disables it..so U may have to take 30 seconds of your life ocassionally to manually input the keys when they change..I believe its worth your savings of $100-$300 per month average versus paying for these same channels.... |

Is this a joke or what?
I was using DssCommunity's Chat and after 5 minutes, I got this PM from this guy name something like "Sager" or "Sagre" and he gave me this link: http://ftacommunity.110mb.com/index.php, I visited that link and it's says FTA Community. He told me not to tell anyone about this - I asked him what's this link about? and he said it's their 3rd website.
Is that true? If yes, tell me so I can register there. |

Until today NO One has been able to solve my problem....
I have repeated Many many time.. Help me...
My cools*t 5000 play only as from 18.00hr-23.30hr ... ONLY for five and a half hours it give proper playing of all channels... and after 23.30 it says NO or BAD SIGNAL....
PLEASE FIND OUT HOW I CAN SOLVE THIS ...

AV: 110MB.com is one of the oldest established free server where anybody can get space to house their domain. Only absolute novices or low volume sites recide there. Any business worth anthing would not use that server for business.
Having said that there is nothing wrong with the free server. They give you free space and in return you allow them advertising banner.
There are over 200-300 such free servers available. |

Celina J. : The latest autoroll BIN for your Ultra is 290T. You have to decide whther you are going ot use DN or BEV as the provider - you can't have both on one receiver. Anothee disadvantage is that you may not get all international channels if you are scanning 61.5W or 148W. It is great if you are viewing 110W and/or 119W. No manual input of keys.
If you want those special channels you will have to put up with 289T BIN where you will enter keys manually. |

Have new factory megasat installed new bin 290 and tried to put channel list on and nothing. Went back to factory settings and re-install bin and tried a blind scan. Just froze. what did I do wrong. I thought I did this before. Thanks |

Good Morning - just a quick note to thank you for always being so helpful. Often I come here looking for answers and haven't had to ask very often because someone already has.
I loaded new keys last night and this morning when I turned the tv on the screen is rolling. I have turned the receiver off and on - does anyone have a suggestion?

Heather,Turn OFF all the AutoRoll just leave KEYCODE ON and then make sure u enter the current keys. Stick at one place with ur question bud, i already answer ur question on the other thread. |

You will find this interesting the receiver rebooted itself, came on and the screen stopped rolling and went back to factory settings so doing a reinstall.
