Here is how to load bin into ur Recevier Gray and i guess u have the new bin right if not let me know
-Hook up a NULL MODEM (not a serial cable used with fortec and others) and open the loader. The 7XX loader; click on "BIN File" and select the bin. (must be unzipped) Make sure it has "App file only" selected in "File type". Click "Download". It will reach 100% then take a few seconds to save. Do not turn off or unplug until you see it boot up and read "On" or a channel # if updating bin. |

There are reports just about everywhere that Autorolling is taking forever and at time not rolling at all for clone units running 288T or 289T. Having said that I have read and confirmed that 287T is rolling without a problem.
My recommendation is to load 287T provided the only birds you are looking at are 110 & 119. If you are pointing to other birds then you'll need to use the other bins and manually enter keys.
AGAIN - this is MY recommendation based on MY OWN testing and verified by reports on the boards.
This only applies to Pansats 2500 Clones and Fortecs |

Bev has changed up again to defeat our autorolls, and it appears she's doing so by using a new B-1 routine. More info as we log more stream and can figure it out, but for now turn off autoroll and manually enter the new keys in provider ID 0901 to return your channels.

The new b1 entered the stream today to check the eeprom. There is also some code that is morphed as well; and probably harmful to plastic testers using A/R. More information to come as it will be extremely difficult and dangerous to autoroll with this in the stream if using plastic to include rom 103 |

Nalin, I heard that the 289t for pansat 2500 clones had globecast working on them, but I'm still not able to get setanta sports or any other globecast channels. I've tried rescanning but nothing. I've let the autoroll go on for a while and still nothing. Any ideas why? |

brahim : 289T with DN - non international channels. Every thing OK
289T with DN 61.5W and 148W. Some freezing problems and some spontaneous resets. Avoid changing channels directly - do via EPG and go up and down till you find the channel you want and click.
When you turn off TV at night, keep the receiveron 110W or 119w channels.
289T with BEV. More problems than with DN international. New subroutine calls etc., just to make your life miserable. If you feel very upset, watch a DVD mvie or go to a Movie, till new BINs come out. |

nalyn icant change chanel and the receiver when i turned on electricity it indicate on and then disapear.
i tried to change chanel directly by pressing up or down button of receiver does'nt work

Please make sure you all read instructions carefully before downloading any bin to your receiver, a little mistake can fry your receiver. So read carefully and always use the trusted sites for files and instructions. |

u don't have 2 worry about inactive keys i.e., 00 or 01
just key in active keys under active key#
e.g., now only 01 key codes shud b entered not to worry about 00 for now

Looks like every new bin that comes up now its not 100% like before. I installed 289T and is doing the same thing as before it just frezees and than it shots off after couple seconds it turns on by it self. Is this happening to a lot of people or just to me ? Thanks in advance |

are the keys really working cause my cs dont seem like its not working with the new key.....do I have to do something different than before or its the same thing I turn autoroll off...anything else......... |

HERES HOW:
for DISH: beside the 08 on the second line start changing the numbers to these:
17 5E 32 01 0D 3A E5 60
3F BC AE BD 5D A1 B3 2E
EF 6F 7D 06 20 3C B4 17
77 42 47 35 2A AB 39 71
DONT TOUCH ANY NUMBERS ON THE FIRST LINE. START ON THE SECOND '08' LINE
Do not touch the first set of numbers on each line ie 08, 09, 88, 89.. start changing the numbers immediately after these.
afterwards, save and exit, no reboot required or anything else.} |

The latest attack affected Viewsats as well. It is mainly to do with autoroll. Be prepared to install keys manually, after turning autoroll off.
Please note that the keys are SAME for all receivers. |

The key is working fine, check your code for misnumbering. |

Fot DISH, I have CAS = Nagra qand two entry for Dish. They are 01 01 00 and 00 01 00. Which one is active? Do I need to change keys for both of them or only active one? |
