Hi!

I have a problem with my Samsung V4600 DVD player. I can not turn on the player. I hear a whirring noise when I plug the DVD to the power supply (I assume the motor is running). The DVD will not respond to the on/off switch. The noise stops when the player is unplugged. Any idea why this is happening?
