samsung s4253 brand new in box

i power it on , i get no picture at all , no blue screen , no nuthing !

LOUD buzzing noise similar to electric face shaver .

i can change channel up and down and volume up and down but i see no picture and the sound doesnt stop.

Joe,

Samsung, although improving, has a history of less than reliable products. Get rid of it.
