I accidentally programmed "Progressive Scan" in the setup menu. Now the dvd player is stuck in that mode and won't allow me to return to the set-up menu to re-program. I've tried a power down. Any ideas? Thanks!

Some players have a progressive button on the remote, if not, it needs to be reset. Try pressing the power button on the player for 10 seconds. It may be any button on the player, or even a combination of buttons.
