what is everyone's opinion on this feature? I can see some improvements in some aspects of the picture, but problems in others. Is it best on or off?

i turned it off because it messes up live hd brodcasts such as football/basketball. the blacks look fuzzy and terrible. adjusted every setting, use avia, nothing helped. turned off DNiE and looks great. i dont know what it is supposed to do but i dont like it at all
