Hello all!

I'm new here and hope you can help me out. I got a new 50' Pioneer plasma PDP5016 that was delivered with a cracked screen. I've gotten a replacement, but was wondering if by any chance is it worth trying to get the glass fixed? Right now it powers up, nothing on the screen and theres a buzzing sound. I've seen all the stories across the net about this topic, but I'd like to hear what you all think is possible, before I make this TV a artifical reef in my lake. ( Then again maybe not.. considering the parts its made of )
