Hey gang, I was wondering if anyone has experienced the picture freezing up for a few seconds then says scrambled or bad channel afterwards. I reinstalled the bin but it still does it. Any ideas? Thanks

or may be you need to do factory reset and rescan.you should not have to load new bin again. Just make sure you remember your settings before you do factory default.

Mike:

What else do you have connected to your system? If you have the latest bin and your system was working before, then you really need to recheck all connections; switches and LNB's (antena alignments).

There is no reason you should be having this problem if you are following all the instructions given to you before.

Either that or you are missing information - what have you not told us?

lk i'm not sure what your problem is. I was doing some reading reading but could not find anything on picture freezing up for a few seconds, so i figured i would ask if anyone else had the same problem or if it was just on my end. Whats the big deal? I reset the factory bin and the latest bin and it took care of the problem. thanks for the help.
