I have hooked up my Toshiba DVD player to my TV and the DVDs play on the Video 4 screen instead of the DVD screen. How can I get it to play correctly on the DVD screen? |

Connect the player to the DVD input, it's probably a triple component input. |

I have my Digital cable box hooked up with the red, white and yellow cables to the video input on 3 on the back of my TV. On the back of the TV there is also a component, blue green and red hookup on 4. On 1 there is a red, yellow and white hook up. It seems to me that if I am using the component video hook up from my DVD, it should hook up into the component hook up on my TV on 4. It seemed to work just fine before I hooked up my digital cable box. Perhaps I had my DVD hooked up with the red, yellow and white hookup on 3 where my cable box is now hooked up. |

The DVD should be on the component input. You may be able to change input names on the TV. |
