Hello, Looking for some troubleshooting help. I have a Toshiba DVD player that has been hooked up tot he same yamaha home theater and toshibas TV for 5 years now with no problem. Yesterday when I went to watch a dvd it was discolored and wavy. This happened with every disc I tried. I hooked the dvd player directly into the tv and the same. I hooked the dvd player to a different TV and everything is OK. I believe it is the TV that is the problem. Cable works fine on the TV and so does the VCR hooked to it. Any ideas of what I can try to get the DVD and TV to play nice together? |

If it is s-video, move the cable where it plugs into the TV around a little, if it doesn't do anything, do the same on the player. I've had to replace s-video plugs in electronics before. |
