Any ideas on this model ? I know it is a rebranded Samsung any ideas on Samsung Model Number ? Any reviews and prices Canadian Dollars would be awesome.....

I just bought one at Costco (Ottawa Area) for $1481.99 after tax. I can't find any info on line about this model - even on Akai's website. So far I'm very happy with it (had it for 2.5 weeks). Good value for what you get. The PC input is great. I'm still waiting to get my HD-PVR, though. The Samsung model closest in appearance is this one: HL-P5067W but it lacks some of the Akai's features (namely a second HDMI).

Let me know if I can answer any more specific questions.
