The remote control is received with my Motorola DC6416 cable box, a UR5-MDVR has a programmable feature to work with other brands of connected equipment. I was able to get my Samsung 3 digit code but my HTIB, a Panasonic SC-HT740 is proving to be a problem.
I tried the codes in the documentation that was provided with the remote control but that did not work.
I checked out the website to see if there were updated instructions but I have the most recent codes.
The remote even has an Auto Search Method - but that too was unsuccessful.
