I own a Region 2 Phillips LX 7000SA and I used a hack to unlock Region 1 25 times. This (http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/info/multiregion/full/philips3800.asp) is the link to that hack. The "---/---/--" number slots didn't appear as they were supposed to, but I pressed the numbers anyway, as instructed (159-111-08, IIRC), and I got a blue screen at the end, which means something did happen.

The problem now is it doesn't play anything. When I put a disc in (even R2, which it played fine before), it starts reading the disc and then shuts off. After a couple of seconds, it starts reading again, and then shuts off and it goes one like this forever.

Has anyone had this problem before or know what I can do? Any help whatsoever would be much appreciated, even if it's just to say my DVD is beyond repairing. Thanks in advance.
