I have a Norcent TV-2703 (hence the screenname "Tvloser") and the picture has started to hourglass. Apparently this is a common problem, but I have yet to read anywhere that gives suggestions to fix it. PLEASE someone help me, because the only other TV I have in my house is a 10 year old 13" that barely works.

The pin amp is failing. If it's popping in and out, it might be cold solder. Look for cracks and discolored solder joints. If it's not cold solder, you'll need a tech.
