I have a 19 ins GE TV model MG19000TX3 that fails to power up. When ever the power button is pushed, all that happens is you hear the relay in the power supply stage clicks about three times and it will not switch on. Is there any suggestion to the fix. Horizontal out put transistor and main filter capacitor are good.

Do you have the 115 B+?, If so, take a look at the horz. driver and the driver transformer.
