can anybody tell me the most likely cause of the red to be missing in picture..ive had a look inside television and if the ribbon cable that connects the pcb to the lcd red window is disconnected the red comes back in the picture.

i just sent a filled claim form for a replacement TV, do you guys how long it's been taking people to get their replacement TV?
