Problem after installation of a Ferguson FL15DX5 model.

Analog TV and DVD colour is absolutely fine, but Freeview has a green saturated appearance, even though colour settings are exactly the same.

When the Setup Menu is brought up for the television when on Freeview the colour on the menu is fine.

Before I arrived the users had somehow got into the manufacturers test info. How can I check to see if nothing has been altered.
