I have noticed when watching Hi-Def programing in 16:9 format I am losing the top and bottom of picture. On news programs the tops of heads are cut off and when watching sports programs the info shown at either top ot bottom of screen (usuallly score) is cut off. Any ideas?

You are most likly in a ZOOM+1 or ZOOM +2 mode on either your HDTV or your cable/SAT box/DVD.

These are somewhat persistant settings (they stay on that way until you de-select them. Look for the Psize or Picture Size functions on your remote(s).

I am pretty sure that is what it is.
