1. Fixed problem with 7 day epg. Just go to channel 239 or any other channel from same transponder and wait for 10-15 min and it will populate the guide for 7 days.

2. Bug Fixed: After updating the keys, the picture remained black and needed to change channel to get picture.

Captiveworks Support team added new engineers to work on all models including the CW-1000S DVR.
